Vacuum cleaning with my old "light-weight" upright m/c was a huge chore to me, and that was just downstairs. I have a cylinder model upstairs but was just as reluctant to use this: awkward, heavy and the cord was a pain. When I felt how light the SW02 was I couldn't believe it would be so efficient but oh bliss! what a lovely little performer. I'm now happy to clean all rooms on a regular basis. I could become houseproud if I'm not careful! So pleased this is a British product. GO GTECH!!!!!

bought this for my mum andshe does,nt use her vacum anymore picks up all types of dirt and brings up the pile on the carpet the best thing i have bought for her and it gets used every day , have bought others for friends and relatives and they all love them

A Gtech should be issued to every new pensioner as part of their pension package! I'm on my second one now and, with two dogs and three cats I wouldn't be without it. Does a better job than my vac with pet hairs.

I brought my parents the SW02 for Christmas they are 91 and 89 years old they said it was the best present they have had for a long time its so easy and so very light to use they could not do without it, I am so glad that gtech has made two elderly people happy. thank you.

What a fantastic appliance! I live in a bungalow and I can whip round the whole place in less than 30 minutes. It's so lightweight and it picks up everything and having no suction, the head doesn't stick to the floor or carpet like a conventional vacuum cleaner. And so cheap! Full marks, GTech! This is British manufacture at its best, unlike that shameful rip-off outfit Dyson, who does Britain no credit at all!

I have this and another Gtech sweeper. Use it everyday on carpets, hard floors and upholstery. I have 5 cats and it deals with shed hair superbly. I use this on my heavier downstairs carpets and my other sweeper (which is lighter model) on my lighter carpets upstairs. Would recommend them for anyone. They last a long time on one charging. Just got a Gtech Lawn Mower and if turns out to be as good I'll be more than satisfied. Keep up the good work.
