Development Engineer
WORCESTER BASED | COMPETITIVE SALARY | PERMANENT POSITION

To join our technical department and work on the development and qualification of high volume consumer goods for worldwide markets in floorcare and garden power tools, and ensure we produce products that deliver excellent levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

Candidate requirements:

To be self motivated and demonstate good initiative with a high level of commitment.
To have design and development skills, with creative and analytical thinking for solving and implementing design solutions.
To have a thorough approach and excellent attention to detail.
To have an understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, and the design of injection moulded parts.
To have workshop experience for producing development models and testing products.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably working with domestic electrical appliances.
Experience of working with suppliers in China would be beneficial.
Experience of 3D CAD using Pro-Engineer Wildfire

Accounts Assistant
WORCESTER BASED | COMPETITIVE SALARY | PERMANENT POSITION

Responsibilities will include:

Stock Controller

Complete administration of stock movements within Sage accountable by the finance department.
Reconciliation of the sage system to the warehouses at month end.
Ad hoc physical stock checks, to ensure reported balances are accurate, and any necessary investigation and action taken if not.
Daily posting of online and netbanx transactions to ensure local stock levels are as timely and accurate as possible.
Production of stock reports on a weekly basis.

Accounts Support

Updating monthly cost comparisons by nominal code to enable FC to apply trend analysis.
Support administration of transactions in the accounts office to ensure all records are as up to date as possible.
Support FC with collation of data and information to enable management reporting.
Learn all areas of day to day task management and functionality in order to support and cover holidays/sick.

Office Management

Ensure all utility contracts are as cost effective as possible, and where necessary put out to tender and ensure smooth negotiations to avoid any disruption to business.
Resource all sundry items required for all offices including stationery.

Customer Service Advisor
WORCESTER BASED | COMPETITIVE SALARY | 12 MONTH MATERNITY COVER

This role would suit an self motivated enthusiastic, friendly person with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities will include: 

Answering the telephone
Dealing with customer enquiries
Taking orders
Booking couriers
Picking & packing orders
Filing

We are a small team in a busy office where no two days are the same.

This role is a 12 month maternity cover.

Purchasing Assistant
WORCESTER BASED | COMPETITIVE SALARY | PERMANENT POSITION 

Responsibilities will include: 

Research and work flow of samples to support the development team.
Monitoring project schedules and updating all records and progress reports.
Liaising with Chinese suppliers via email and building on existing relationships.
